Target Areas:
The following areas receive the Community Improvement Program in addition to all other PNHS services:

  • Cobbs Creek Boundaries:  52nd Street west to 63rd Street, Pine Street south to Baltimore Avenue
  • Morris Park Boundaries:  63rd Street west to 68th Street, Lansdowne Avenue south to Arch Street 

Other areas served receive other services, but NOT the Community Improvement Program
