Community Improvements Program (Exterior Facades): This Program is offered in PNHS target areas of Cobbs Creek and Morris Park. The resident seeking the work must be a homeowner and be within the 80% median income guidelines set by H.U.D. Each area's expanse is approximately 50 blocks. Each service offered under this program has a specific subsidy limit for which PNHS will pay, the remaining costs will be paid by the homeowner. These services include-free paint and landscaping, masonry, tree removal and planting, retaining wall repair, and weatherization and heating.

This program is funded by the City of Philadelphia, Office of Housing and Community Development.
