Philadelphia Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. (PNHS) helps targeted low and moderate income residents of the city of Philadelphia by offering programs and services that improve communities. Services available form PNHS include loans, grants and subsidies for the improvement and repair of homes. PNHS also develops properties for homeownership opportunities. PNHS provides free educational programming to empower residents by providing them with the tools they need to sustain and grow their investments.
