Model Block Program (Exterior Facades): This Program is offered to blocks in our targeted census tracts through specified Community Development Corporations in which PNHS will partner. The resident seeking the work must be a homeowner and be within the 80% median income guidelines set by H.U.D. Model Block provides subsidies to homeowners for exterior facade treatments, window and doors, sidewalks and steps, wall treatments, porch and main roofs, and masonry needs.
