PNHS Services and Products

Philadelphia Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. (PNHS) is a private non-profit community development corporation and certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), serving targeted areas in the City of Philadelphia. PNHS provides resources for home maintenance and home improvement activities. PNHS’ programs are designed to make homes safer, structurally sound and in compliance with city, state and federal codes.

Each year PNHS serves hundreds of low-income families in the City of Philadelphia. In addition to the services listed below, PNHS provides pre- and post-purchase counseling for first-time homebuyers and homeowners. PNHS supports homebuyers/homeowners by providing free home inspection services including detailed work write-ups and construction services. PNHS also provides credit, default and foreclosure prevention counseling.
